Each controller has two RS-485 Reader Channels and one RS-485 PC Channel. Each reader channel connects upto 8 readers. PC Channel connects to PC through 701CM RS-485-RS232 Converter. Each Time Zone or Door Group can be linked to another Time Zone or Door Group until ending with "END".

701 Server and 701 Client are multi-languate true 32-bit software package that runs under Windows 95, 98 and NT.

701 Server is a dedicated software program that provides mainly communication port selection, data collection, system components physical configurations, and all the controller parameter settings. With a dial-up remote access ability, remote location configuration can be supported by this feature.

701 Client is a software program that provides tools for Door Access Control, Time & Attendance, Elevator Control, Car Parking Control, Access Records Reports, Time & Attendance Daily/Monthly, Projects Management, and Operators Authority Level Control.
